An awesome booth with textile walls

The entire booth dressed with Voile CS curtains from ShowTex Rental oozed peace and cosiness. This fabric is always a good solution when dressing trade fair booths and is ideal as a partition wall. The transparency of the fabric allows you to create an intimate atmosphere without completely shutting the visitors off of the event.

Bespoke rail systems

Voile CS is not only the ideal decorative fabric, it also perfectly serves as a partition wall to create extra spaces. Several custom-bent H100 curtain rails transformed the booth into an oasis of peace dotted with cosy corners. Thus, BekeartDeslee opted for a nice combination of standard rental products and bespoke solutions.

Upon arrival, guests passed a sleek cloakroom, completely made of black Molton curtains. It is always a great idea to use this extra-wide and affordable blackout fabric for stylish event decoration, a black box or neutral finishing.

Cyclo for excellent light distribution

The guests attending the welcoming reception walked through an impressive tunnel construction, completely covered in Cyclo 200 on the inside. Known for its stunning light distribution, the cyclorama ensured wonderful twinkling effects, as many lamps were installed behind it. A luxurious scene!

Temporary EasyDrape walls

But of course, the centre of appeal was the actual showroom, guests entered into via two long EasyDrape corridors, equipped with a separate passage for waiters. The temporary wall system offers endless possibilities and can easily be installed by the ShowTex Rental installation team.

Do you need even more flexibility? By combining the EasyDrape setup with ShowPipe rails, the backstage area could be linked to the showroom through a temporary portal. In combination with the black masking drapes, this ensured a stylish setting that fully highlighted the event’s theme of luxury.

One-time event decoration

While cars drove back and forth, guests enjoyed a refined buffet in the stands. No better way to hide this scaffolding structure in a budget-friendly way than with Juncko display fabric. Together with the ExpoCarpet flooring, this was the proverbial icing on the cake!

The versatility of sheers

The transparency of black Voile CS is perfect for setting an intimate atmosphere, while still maintaining the openness of a space. By attaching the sheers on each side of the conference room to Rail H100 tracks, the venue could be stylishly decorated while creating two extra rooms for the reception afterwards. Combining the rental drapes with custom-printed banners added a personal touch to the venue as well.

Venue masking with Molton and pipe & drape

ShowTex Rental installed a handy EasyDrape system behind the stage to guarantee a sleek masking solution. Besides decorating the venue, the black Molton curtains also created some sort of backstage area that was visually separated from the event. Such a temporary wall is very flexible and easy to set up by one person only. In short, a perfect solution for partition walls or venue masking at corporate events and receptions.

Rail H100 suspension system

An evening full of price winners requires a smooth passage on and off stage. With a sturdy Rail H100 track on both sides of the stage, your curtains can effortlessly open and close all night long. The multifunctional rail system is perfect for medium to heavy-weight curtains and very budget-friendly as well! A rental solution that mainly stole the show next to the stage.

EasyDrape walls finished with Molton

In order to mask the venue and create a full blackout effect, a temporary EasyDrape wall was built all around the site. By combining this free-standing pipe and drape system with black Molton drapes, you can effortlessly create a black box for the show to take place in. A very practical and economical solution!

A twinkling starry sky

Turn a static passage into dynamic decoration by dressing an entire tunnel with sparkling ShowLED star cloths. The twinkling LEDs are randomly placed in flame-retardant Molton fabric, forming realistic constellations and star fields. Using DMX control, you can easily adjust the effect and the intensity of the light and guide your guests openmouthed through a magical starry sky.

Did you know that dampening sound is not necessarily difficult? With sound-absorbing Molton curtains and Acoustic Baffles, the National Lottery did not only create a neutral background, it improved the venue’s acoustics as well.

Among both established and new emerging brands showcasing their products, the circus-themed booth of Monkey47 really stood out. The gin brand took to ShowTex Rental and created a stylish stand with eye-catching red velvets attached to an EasyDrape wall solution.

The classy Velours Puccini is a flame-retardant cotton velvet with a medium-satin sheen, resulting in bright and eye-popping colours. On top of this, velvet has good acoustic qualities, which comes in very handy in an open-plan expo space like this.

To quickly install the two sides of the stand, the team attached the stunning red velvets to an L-shaped wall made from Easydrape pipe & drape. This user-friendly backdrop system makes it extremely easy to set up temporary divider walls and makes for a luxurious but affordable solution when combined with our ShowTex Rental drapes!

Moving screens on rollers

Six FP XL Mesh projection screens formed part of the giant box in which the brand-new cars were waiting to be revealed. The tension rose rapidly when the mysterious video mapping kicked off and all screens were set in motion using HiSpeed Roll-Ups by ShowTex Rental. As they rapidly moved up and down, a temporary passageway was created for the performers to enter the stage.

The curtain behind the screens

Behind the six projection screens, a white Satinac drape was installed to prevent the spectators from catching a glimpse of the cars when the screens were moving. The non-transparent shiny fabric added an instant touch of glamour to the setup! To make sure the projections did not reflect on the Satinac drape as well, ShowTex printed the back of the mesh screens completely black.  An ingenious solution.

A double reveal

When the moment of truth finally arrived, all projection screens simultaneously rolled up, while the white satin curtain elegantly dropped down by means of a Kabuki 50 Drop system. A spectacular effect, giving the excited crowd exactly what they came for!

The 124 metres of rented AV Drop was ready for use in no time.

ShowTex finished the AV Drop structure with custom-made prints on Universal 250 BB Print to mask the entire conference hall of The Westin Palace hotel. This high-quality decorative fabric has an opaque backside which ensures that you cannot see the frame through the fabric. The perfectly tightened backdrops of 350 cm high dressed the entire conference hall with an intricate pattern that flawlessly continued on the integrated LED screens.

Since the back wall had to hide the speakers, ShowTex decided to print it on a Universal 250 cloth without coating. The easily-tightened fabric was backed by black Molton to make the wall lighttight. At the parts of the wall where the speakers were placed, the Molton was draped behind them.

And last but not least, ShowTex also installed a black LaqueFloor on the stage and hid the existing columns behind a printed AV Drop wall, giving the entire hall a sleek look.

A successful project with a nice combination of rental and sales.
