This year, the Benelux Event Awards came up with a completely new concept. Its partners transformed ​​the gigantic Paleis 10 at the Brussels Expo into an intimate trendy club, with “Bustling BEA” as the theme of the evening. True to tradition, ShowTex took care of the entire venue decoration and furnishing.

All around the club, ShowLED Classic star cloths were combined with black Voile CS curtains, creating a stylish setting. On top of that, the venue’s backdrop was made up by an impressive ShowLED Animation curtain of 30m wide by 6m high.

Behind the Animated wall, ShowTex created a 30m long EasyDrape tunnel with ShowLED Classic lining to connect the club with the Auditorium, where the award show took place. After the ceremony, all 750 guests returned to the club through the tunnel and closed the Animation curtain behind them. Time for the party to start! Above the dancing crowd, three concentric truss circles covered in red ShowTex TrusSleeve created a unique eye-catcher in the middle of the club.

At various locations in Paleis 10, the EasyDrape system was also used in combination with black Molton curtains to decorate the VIP buffet, the cloakroom, and to create various passages and partition walls to the main hall.
